If your meter doesn’t do this, then it isn’t SMART. However, if you definitely know you have a SMART meter then please be aware that Flow is currently unable to support SMART meter functionality. However, we can still provide you with energy.

Do you have an Economy7 meter? ? If you pay different rates for the electricity you use at night and in the day, and your meter has two sets of dials which allows electricity to be priced at two different rates, then please tick yes
